Oh Boy. That dog looks sick to me. She looks scared, sad, and her eye is in bad shape. My mother in law has shihtzus and that pup looks very young, definately not 10 months! If it is 10 months, theres something seriously wrong with it. Plus, these dogs are supposed to be a little bigger. Bigger than yorkies anyway. The standard is 9-16 lbs!
