Hmmmmmmm....looks like a puppy picture to me and she doesn't look particularly healthy in it either. Btw, the term "imperial" in shihzu is used like the term "teacup" in yorkies. The standard for these dogs is supposed to be 9 - 16 pounds.
By chance do any of the biewer breeders "know" this seller?
