Some times over weight issues maybe the quality of food parents can afford.
I think it is a shame that soda pop cost less then milk. So i wonder how many parents at least want to get some kind of sugar to their kids so would get the pop at a meal rather then the milk. I know that sounds funny sugar to kids but if they are thinking of giving them some energy who knows.
