I really don't know much about that breed but something seems off about that pup's eyes to me. Does your friend have any reservations about this puppy? Obviously you are concerned that something isn't quite right, I hope that your friend is trying to lead with her head on this one.
Wow, I guess you said she doesn't accept paypal but I can't imagine signing a contract with this clause in it
