I am so sorry you had to deal with a cut that you didn't want. One of the members here, suggested taking in a picture of the way you want it done. That way, you will both be on the same page.
There are a lot of wonderful groomers out there. I don't now how many, but I believe we have some on here at YT. Maybe you could ask them for their opinion on what happened.
I am learning to trim my own. Then I know they are treated well and cared for like I want them to be. Am I perfect at this? Nope.. I am still learning. But I am getting better.
Your baby is adorable. I love his little face. He is cute in his after pictures also. Sorry this happened to you.
