Can't help you much on your question. She is still fairly young so I would keep her gated for now....I guess taking her out of the gated section for play time in short increments wouldn't hurt either as long as you keep a close, watchful eye. It sounds like she's doing well with the pads so it shouldn't be long before she gets more roam of the house. I personally didn't do much of the gated thing and all my girls pretty much had free roam as long as I was home...I did have pads everywhere though so if you do take her out I would make sure pads are close by or in whatever room you're in so she is able to see it and go to it when she needs to. |
