I think you'd have a wonderful time at any of those places! All inclusive is that way to go. I've done both...i love all inclusive but then again, when we vacation, we spend a lot of time at the resort relaxing so it pays to have all inclusive. If you like to explore and eat out a lot, then it might not be the best option.
If you choose Mexico, I'd say go to Cancun or Cozumel...both are very beautiful (I'm going to Cancun in 17 days YAY!!)
I would LOVE to go to the Bahamas!
