I am totally against puppymills and back yard breeders. However I do want to say on thing about buying a puppy from a website. Note all breeders that have websites are irresponsible. There are many good responsible breeders on Yorkie Talk that have websites. I think that if you are buying a puppy off the internet you should as a buyer do your homework.
