Not that I am encouraging but that is not always true. I got my Tino from a woman in Louisianna via money transfer. I flew to Mississippi to pick him up and there he was....Now that I look back on it I problably wouldn't do that again becuase I felt like it would have been easy to scam me like that. But luckily she was legit (which I researched her before hand) and there was my loving pup.
