Our Toto was 16 wks. and we thought we would have to wait longer ... I would have died!
However, she was only 1.5 lbs. and we were scared to death of her!
She took advantage of that too ... she is now a spoiled 2 yr. old "angel brat"!! Just kidding ... she is adorable!
