I can understand you 100% ... I am glad to hear it gets better but I have the radio on now for Rocky and he is getting used to it I think and finds it comforting - I even leave it on at night for him (not sure if this is good or bad!). It sounds like your little furbie got used to having some alone time, and that is good too.
