I doubt your baby would enjoy the flight or the time there!
Just writing this because we were forced to take our Harlee (we only had 1 yorkie at the time) on the plane back to jersey from arizona and she almost died from anxiety in the carry-on bag....She wouldn't stop panting, and we gave her rescue remedy too...The airline called for a vet and luckily a dr. was on the plane and suggested of all things 'Jack Daniels" , for Harlee...A couple drops on her tongue...They also let me keep her on my lap...She is not crate trained and being confined in that bag for 5 hours would have killed her...Then we rented a pet friendly condo (we went to my son's bootcamp
graduation) with my daughters 2 yorkies and it was arranged that no one entered the condo til we left...We still gated the dogs during the graduation incase someone came in....
I didn't really trust anyone to watch her while we were away , so that's the only reason why we brought her...Never again...If it's not in a car, she's not going ! Good luck ... |
I am sorry that it happened to you. I have hard time leaving Haruka with other people too so I understand. Luckily Haruka loves to travel. She just sleeps through any flights even Boston to San Francisco....
I don't go to a place that does the bag check... Trip to Washington DC was disaster because I couldn't go to any museums. But I tend to pick the places that allow pets. Haruka is great in the carrier... and I haven't had a problem yet. Haruka has traveled so many places... and I think she does enjoy. Now I am in NYC with her... and we are ready for adventure....
It seems like London will be hard to travel to because of all the regulation to enter the country.
