Cindy, when I was first told of these mustangs and the cost, I was flabbergasted - knowing it was only one of many ranches - and what the total cost must be. Now, I was told the mustangs on this ranch are altered, which is a relief.
I just keep thinking there has to be a private group out there that could help. When, as a nation we can spend money on so many foolish material goods and not care for the beings God has entrusted in our care......just how civilized are we?
