I have never left their harness on. I am afraid they may rub on their skin. I have always had the leather ones.. but, I just bought some harness vests that are made of material and these may not. (By the way. I bought them here on YT.) I guess I am an over-protective mom. But when I take the harnesses out.. they all come running.. it is time for a walk or to go for a ride.
