I totally agree with you!! If a tiny dog in a bag is a health hazard then they shouldn't let kids in their store at all!!! They are a big health hazard they put their slimy hands with saliva on everything!! (I love kids but I love my little babies too!)
I applaud the OP for calling animal control!!
