It's true about our Wendy's....so it's either the order taker is deaf (no offense to deaf people) or they do it intentionally. I don't mean you get ketchup when you asked for none....it's beyond that.
For the record...my girlfriend refuses to return incorrect fast food orders...she swears the replacement whatever will be spit in (or would that be on?).
