Oh gosh I feel for you! I've always worked in customer service and retail management and there are always people that have not a shred of tact or politeness.
I do the standard customer is always right, never break my smile and kill them with kindness then I vent with all of the other employees after they've left. You should have heard our back room sometimes at my old store, lol!
