Yeah that might be best. The recruiter said he's basically working for me and anything I tell him, he can't tell the company without me giving him permission. He is also going to work with me on the offering process until we reach something that both I and the company are happy with in terms of salary and stuff. Maybe that's the time to bring it up.
Oh yeah, and on my resume I put references "available upon request" because I didn't want to tell my boss I was looking for another job, when I really wasn't seriously! Now what? Should I ask around my work for references tomorrow? The one person who works directly with me already agreed, but I haven't told anyone else. Is it time to talk to management? Would they ask me for references in my phone interview?
