It was defiantely the assistants fault. They say they will help replace the yorkie. However, the dog is not replaceable.
You do not leave a dog soaking in the tub !
The poor little one hung itself.
That is sickning. The yorkie was scared and tried to get away, the strangeled. She had to had left the dog for more then a minute.
I f ever take Suzi to be groomed, I am going to be right there, I would not ever just leave her .
If you are there supervising, then the Groomer is going to be much more careful with your dog ! That is the truth. It is like leaving your little child alone with someone, that person is going to watch what they say and do if you are there, BUT, when your not there, anything can happen!
This is so sad.
