I am just hoping my thumbnail doesn't come off because of this. It only got about half of it, but that would be enough to cause it to lift.
Thank you all for your well wishes. I just hope posting this might keep anyone else from getting hurt in the same fashion. I don't particularly like telling about my stupid moments.
I really think that I should have known better. But a paper towel? I guess those molecules were just far too excited and that paper towel made them let loose!
