When that happens to me, I just wanna yell at them saying how careless it is to let dogs roam free without a leash. The dangers are endless! I'm even unsure to leave Gizmo off his leash in our fenced-in backyard for fear he might sneak bewtween the gate and fence! Maybe I am just over protective haha. But better to be over protective I think than totally careless.
