I have asked this question 2 other times with no response but here I go again....

Is there anything I can put on the whiskers to lay them down or some type of comb or brush to tame them...they are really out of control even after the puppy cut...someone told me to try a toothbrush bu tI don't think that will lay them down...HELP!!!!
