There will be other's to answer you who are more experienced than me but when I had my litter the whelping box and x-pen was set up in our living room so the other dogs were around the pen from the beginning. They smelled the babies through the pen and my Molly never got very agitated. It wasn't much of a novelty to the others because they were right there all the time. I think we let them into the pen once we weaned them from Molly and everyone got along great. Good Luck and Congrats!! |
