Hello,
My 9 month old yorkie named Token is currently suffering from a swollen tear gland. The vet gave me some like cortisone drops to put in his eye for 7-10 days, but it has been like two weeks with little improvement. He also informed me that this was probably a cause of his allergies. Is this a common thing in yorkies? Has your dog experienced this before, or do you know of a dog who has? If his eye does not get better, the vet says that he will need surgery to remove the tear gland. That REALLY scares me!! Help me please....
