I took Rocky to get his shots last month and he got his 3yr rabies shots.

I dont understand how they would label a vaccine to be 3yrs and it be a regular one. What if your dog get's bitten by a racoon or something and gets sick is the doctor that gave you the 3yr vaccine liable if it's really only a 1yr one?
