No the pre-made ones and the pick your own will not be the same size the premade basket will ahve the same items but the basket sizes will vary depending on whether your dog is BIG or SMALL. The pick your own will be various sizes depending on what you decide to put in it and the price won't depend on how many items, each item will have its own price and you will just pick and choose which you want to add to the basket.
