I heard the same thing - I think the person at the pet supply store told me that and I was questioning on whether I still wanted to buy them, but I did and Deegan loved them - but after giving him a couple over the course of the week I just couldn't take it anymore. So now I only buy them if we're gonna be outside (on a breezy day - to waft the stench away!). lol
