I got mind from the infomercial as I didn't know Target sold it!!!! I have not had any issues with mine (although the cord could be longer). I use tap water in mine. My floors are pretty dry immediately after - so maybe it depends on your flooring - though I have pergo laminate, quarry tile and linoleum I use it on and it leaves them all the same.
I did have an H2O steam mop before and hated it. The floors were literally soaked when I was done, it never created steam and it didn't clean worth crap!!!!
