Sorry, the English was so poor and certain things didn't make sense as if she didn't even know what the terms meant. If you feel that this person is indeed legitimate, may I suggest that you recommend a rescue organization to this person? They will thoroughly check into the new home and have the puppy spayed, so it won't be used for experiments or breeding. Someone who charges this low of price is either trying to seek gullible people or indeed very gullible herself. By the way, even in scams, they e-mail you lots of questions back, to make themselves sound legitmate. Some members e-mailed the scammers and were asked to put the ads in other papers and sites.
