I have not used the Bissel yet. It just arrived.
I have a marble dinning room, hall way and tile in the bathrooms.
I still scrub the grout once a month. The Shark I had did a great
job for once a week cleaning on all those floors plus my kitchen
which is Pergo laminate. I would assume the Bissel will do the same.
Gout needs to be scurbed periodically. No machine is going to do that.
Don't expect miracles in shortcuts, LOL, you still need to get down and
dirty from time to time.
