I really liked it the couple weeks I had it. Thought it was a great invention
and still do , however mine died on me after only a couple uses.
I took it back and recently purchased the Bissel steam mop.
I hope you have better luck, the Bissel is made 100% nicer. I was pleasantly
surprised. It's heavier, cord is longer and heavy duty, the water tank comes
off to fill and you can use tap water. You have to change the filter when
necessary, which the Shark did not have. It also has a swivel head.
