 Travelling Yorkies
Hi, My two 4 month old puppies wear harnesses and are secured on the back seat of my pickup truck along with their big Auntie Pepsi who is a 10 year old Yorkie. Pepsi soon gave the puppies the right idea - it's far better to travel laying down nestling into the pillow provided for comfort.
They all fall asleep within 10 mins of starting the engine. Sun shades on all back windows give them plenty of shade and privacy!
They are never left alone in the truck for longer than 10 mins.
Just think ahead and plan your journey with opportunities for toilet stops and you and them will be fine.
