I feel your pain...literally. I've had chronic back pain since 2002, and it is horrible. If you are a back or tummy sleeper, start sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees. I take celebrex for mine, but before I was prescribed that, my doctor told me to take two over the counter motrins with two tylenol at the same time. I call it a "cocktail" and it helps.

Also, a memory foam mattress topper has helped tremendously too.

I hope it goes away fast.
