aww poor doggie. I'd take her to the vet and get a flea dip, i would think that would help. Maybe put up posters in town w/ the dog's description.

You are too sweet to spend all that time and energy helping that poor dog. :-) I'm sure he's very thankful for such caring person helping him. I'd do the same thing if that happened to me, but so many people just wouldn't take the time. HUGS
