Sounds like you have a very caring vet...that's good. Hopefully he'll be able to get at the cause of it. With her being 3 months old, the only thing that comes to mind is a bad reaction to a shot. Has she recently had her rabies? I've read that the rabies shot can sometimes cause those symptoms. Gosh, I sure hope that baby is o.k.
