I had a chain link fence with cement under it to keep the dogs from digging out, AND padlocks on the gates and I left my black peke out for an hour in the a.m., and he was gone! They came down the alley, jumped the fence and grabbed him. A neighbor saw, but couldn't get license plate. I never saw him again.

I learned the hard way - never leave your kids (skin or fur) for a minute. So sad.
