Oh, I'm so glad he's better; Joey had a scratched cornea, that didn't have any symptoms besides no appetite, which is a biggy for Joey, and the fact that he couldn't open his eye fully. This made me so anxious knowing that the vet said it was very painful, but if he had screamed out in pain, I think I would have about died. I know your relationship with Buddy is super close, and know how difficult this was for you. Joeys pain seem relieved as soon as we began using the ointment and I hope this is true for Buddy too.
