Ack! Don't waste a second worrying about what they are saying about you. When people get into that kind of a culture at work, you are right, they are talking about everybody. It's hard, but try not to let it get to you.
What they should be saying "Kathy is so nice" "Kathy always knows just what to say." "Kathy has a great sense of humor." ....If they hung out here and got to know you the way we have, those are just some of the things they SHOULD be saying.
