Lift tail into the air with one hand and fill the other hand with a good sized piece of tissue/baby wipes and press and pinch against the anus and up towards the tail.
When you press and pinch either side at the same time with the tail up, the glands will release out onto the tissue and relieve hom of his discomfort. Wipe clear brownish fluid away from anus.
You're all set. The carpet is cleaner, sofa smells better and Stedman feels less like he has to lick himself constantly to relieve the backed up gland  |
