My pom has colitis and sometimes for no reason she has bloody loose, mucousy stools for a day or two. I never change her diet and she doesn't eat things she's not suppossed to. I have some medicine the vet gave me so when she gets a bout I give her the medicine. She is 11 years old and has had this her whole life. Maybe ask your vet if it could be this and see what they recommend. Hope he feels better soon. |
