I for one, think she is doing a great job of breeding to the standard, her dogs are beautiful. Her comments addressing the fact that the AKC shows do not provide written evaluation are correct and I think most breeders would agree that it would be VERY helpful to know what particular faults the judge was swayed by one way or another, so they would have precise tools to work on improvements. I am not saying that her site does not reek of status, but the point is that she is not saying that HER lifestyle is only for the rich and famous, but that everyone is entitled to feel like a celebrity...sure, there is no way I could afford to buy myself a Jag for my birthday (though if I could, would I, YOU BET!)...but everybody likes to feel pampered on occasion. Our family has a saying of my grandfather's that we pull out during moments of bliss, where we are together and relaxing and enjoying a perfect day...."Wonder what the poor people are doing today?" It always gets a chuckle, since we are far removed from the Beverly Hills crowd, closer to the Hill Billys, I'm sure.

Omg...my Dad used to say that phrase! Its a great line...certainly makes you grateful.
