You can stay and watch the surgery!? or did i read that wrong?

I know what a worry it is..as i have just been through this myself with my baby!
My little girl Pixie (under 3lbs) was spayed on friday plus 7 baby teeth removed and microchip..I was petrified of the whole thing and had avoided it for months..I was a nervous wreck on the day.. I phoned the vets at 2pm to see how she was..and was told she was absolutely fine, BIG sigh of relief!! She was verryy sleepy when i picked her up and slept a lot..she managed to eat & drink a little that evening, she must have been starving as she had gone a long time without food..I was stressing about her blood sugar..she slept all night and woke me just before 6am, I took her outside and she went for a pee..another sigh of relief! she was fairly quiet all day yesterday but started to perk up by the afternoon...and today she is almost back to normal! amazing really for such a little thing! it just shows you how fast they can bounce back..
sorry for rambling on so much!..I think i'm still just so happy & relieved that it is all over! It couldn't have gone more smoothly..the surgery & her fast recovery.. Your little one will do just fine too..yes..you will worry like i did..but it is so worth it when it is all over..I'm hoping that my Pixie..if she is lucky and stays healthy, will never have to be put under an Anaesthetic again.

Any questions & concerns just post them
GOODLUCK!
