 My baby is sick
hi all im new to yorkie talk. My little baby yorkie who is 11 months go sick on friday. I assumed she was going into heat again cause she was bleeding but she just seemed to get more lethargic so i rang the emergency vet on saturday. The vet said once she was eating and drinking she would be ok and check back with him tomorrow. She didnt seem to get any better so i brought her to the vet today and she was diagnosed with open pyometra. She is overnight in the vets now but she cant have emergency surgery yet because her temperature is too high. I'm so sick with worry can anyone give me any advice please.
