Inceptor: Protects against roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum) and whipworms (Trichuris vulpis). Also, heartworm but she must have a heartworm test first to see if she is a carrier.

Also, it sounds like you have tapeworms The Tapeworm Page which the Inceptor doesn't cover, just prevention from fleas. You can see the worm segments in their stool, dried brown rice like segments on their bedding. A good cure is Dontral Plus and covers all of the parasites.

Tapeworms eventually cause their stool be become bloodly and be loose. This is a common parasite even when treating with Inceptor, etc.

Good luck and I would recommend buying from the vet, not over the counter.
