You are so right. I find it so disturbing that President Bush could get Congress together at a moments notice to step in when Teri Shiavo was to be unhooked, yet took his dam* sweet time getting off vacation and back to work after Katrina. He is the poorest excuse for a president that I've ever seen. Dozens of people are dying, people are suffering, everyone is scarred, and the area remained lawless for far too long. He should be ashamed that he hasn't done something sooner to save these poor people. I hope his dreams are filled with the sights of poor, defenseless, starving children. Not stepping in to immediatly help these people is inhumane, IMO.

The mayor of N.O. should not have to beg and plead with the government to save our country's people.
