My Yorkie Reese has started having bloody with yellowish discharge with his stools. They were loose for a couple of days and are starting to get normal and now this has happened again. About three months ago this happened and Vet said it was a virus and added to that Reese ate some box woods to go along with the virus. I can't think of amything different and now he is doing it again. He is normal acting n behavior just dripping a little blood, muscous discharge after deficating. Anyone got any ideas? The Doctor said he thought he had gastritis last time and it cleared up in a few days. Anyone else every had this happen multiple times? I was trying to decide if we should try a new food or something. He is on Purina One for puppies as that was th eonly food we could get him to eat several months ago. Thanks so much!
