Welcome to YT! I don't know any breeders in your area but this is a good place to get the reference you are looking for.
I would encourage you to find a great breeder first. If they have puppies available now great, if not wait. Limiting yourself to only breeders who have puppies now could mean that you get one from someone who
always has puppies, not always the best option. Waiting for the perfect puppy builds anticipation, not a bad thing, and gives you time to get to know the breeder a little better to see if they are genuine, knowledgeable, and available.
