Murfee has been going camping with us since he was about 3 months old. We are in a camper most of the time but he has slept in a tent too. We haven't had any trouble with him barking. He loves it. I never let him off the leash when we are outside. I don't tether him because I am afraid something will get him. He made friends with a deer one time. It was so cute. I don't think either of them knew what the other was. And of course I didn't have a camera. I am sure he will do just fine. Have a wonderful time.
