Ok so I went to the store with all intent to buy Canidae...and I came home with Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance. I had been in there a couple weeks ago and the sales guy (who was suprisingly VERY knowledgeable) recommended NB. Well I guess when doing my rescearch on here I confused Canidae and NB because of the All Life Stages formulas. So when I went back I realized they weren't the same so I took both to the front and asked which on...well both ladies told me that the NB was a better food over all. Kinda of suprised me since there's a 4 dollars difference with NB being the cheaper one...I thought there's got to be some truth here cuz they aren't in it for the money.
I hope I didn't make a bad decision, but at least I know Champ's eating something better than before! I brought it home and mixed it 75/25 with the old stuff and he ate the whole bowl...he normally free feeds so he was a little confused when he tried to go eat late last night and there wasn't anything ( i didn't want to over feed him) |
