Are you planning on calling her Nichole? If that's the case...just name her that.
I never understood naming a baby one thing but calling he/she by another.

PS My girlfriend's grandmother wanted her to be name Suzanne. Her mother named her Sandra....but her grandmother has never called her anything but Suzanne. LOL
